Uhrenfabrik Tschistopol entstand mit der Verlagerung der Zweiten Moskauer Uhrenfabrik ab dem 20. Oktober 1941. In den 50er und 60er Jahren wurden Uhren mit Pobeda-Werken hergestellt. Später wurden Uhren mit eigenen Werken gefertigt. 1962 wurde die Firma umbenannt in Vostok.
