Today, trade mark «POLJOT» is registered in more than 90 countries and are well known worldwide. First Moscow watch factory - a first not only by name. Throughout its more than 70-year history it has been and remains a leader in developing and manufacturing high-precision watches. They are used in aviation, the navy, in missile and space technology -where the highest accuracy and reliability are required. Poljot chronographs based on the 3133 and 31681 mechanisms are well known for their reliability. For the developement of the chronograph 3133 the team of designers of the First Moscow watch factory was awarded the State Prize of the USSR. Since these watches were intended exclusively for the Army and Navy, their production was limited and not available to public. These chronographs have been taken into space by cosmonauts from Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany. Together with cosmonaut V. Polyakov, this chronograph set the record for the duration space flight. |

PAKETAPetrodvortsovy Watch Factory has deep historical roots going to the 18th century when in 1721 by decree of Peter the Great the Imperial Lapidary Factory was founded. The factory got the present name in 1954 by the decision of the Soviet government and has since specialized in the production of men's wrist and pocket watches. All watches produced by the factory since 1962, are called Paketa. Currently Petrodvortsovy watch factory produces and develops the mechanisms among which are the antimagnetic ones, waterproof ones, for people who lost their sight, with a single and a double calendar, particularly flat, etc. Watches Raketa are represented in more than 38 countries around the world. |
